The Oak Cliff YMCA has rooms available for rent.  There are strict guidelines to the usage and availablity.

Below are our price guidelines.

FEE STRUCTURE

Security/Cleaning Deposit - All Groups $200

OAK CLIFF YMCA RENTALS

Aerobics Room (minimum 2 hours, maximum 5 hours, maximum 150 people)
$75/hour

Meeting Room (minimum 2 hours, maximum 5 hours)
$75/hour

Gym
(minimum 2 hours)
$75/hour

Outdoor Basketball Court (minimum 2 hours)
$100/hour

Pool (minimum 2 hours, $50 each additional hour.  Maximum 4 hours, includes 2 lifeguards.  1:25 ratio)
$200/hour

Baseball Field (minimum 2 hours)
$100/hour

Tables & Chairs – The use of the YMCA tables and chairs may be added to rentals for an additional $25 per hour.

Half of the total rental amount and deposit must be paid to secure date and time of rental. Balance must be paid in full seven (14) days prior to the event date.

After-hours rentals are an additional $10/hour plus possible security at the YMCA's discretion.
